GIGA Technology was founded from a software engineering background — building enterprise-grade systems for government agencies, large corporates, and software houses. The mission: make the same quality of tools accessible to Malaysian SMEs that are ready to scale.

Before starting GIGA Technology, I spent years building systems for agencies and large corporates. I saw what enterprise-grade engineering looked like — structured architecture, reliable deployment, proper testing, and long-term maintainability.
But I also saw the gap. SMEs — especially manufacturers and growing F&B brands in Malaysia — were stuck with spreadsheets, scattered WhatsApp threads, and generic off-the-shelf software that never quite fit their workflow. They deserved the same quality of tools, but no one was building for them.
GIGA Technology exists to close that gap. We build custom software that is as well-engineered as any enterprise system, priced and scoped for businesses that are ready to scale.
